You'd join a team of 50+ marketers, developers, and designers who love digital, get excited about new Google Ads developments, and love to look at great Facebook ads. Here's what you'll do: Lead and manage paid media campaigns on all platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) Audit websites for SEO and conversion rate optimization opportunities Create targeted and automated ROI-focused email campaigns via HubSpot, Marketo, or other MA platforms Identify actionable insights through Google Analytics and Google Webmaster Tools Work within a team to implement diverse digital marketing plans on time and on budget Stay up to date on the latest industry trends Communicate opportunities for new client features and optimizations Job Requirements Here's what you need: 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience (agency environment optimal) Experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Paid Search, Display, etc.) Strong written and verbal communication skills Here's what's nice to have (these are bonus points:) Familiarity with SEO best practices (link building, content strategy, keyword research) Strong copywriting skills + Web Tracking Skills (Google Analytics optimal) Experience managing Facebook Ad campaigns Here's what's even better to have (these are a bonus to the bonus points :) Experience in the B2B industry with a focus on lead generation Conversion Rate Optimization background (landing page testing, A/B testing, heatmapping, etc.) Experience with popular CRM platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
