Title Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Lead TesterQA Role Lead quality assurance with strong communication and QA concepts Test case creation, test execution and coordination with UAT Washington DC, DC, USA Maximum buy rate 50 HR Client's business problem to solve As a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Lead TesterQA, you will be expected to test and quality check all RPA solutions developer using automation tools designed for automating business and information technology processes. You will be responsible for analyze process flows and ensuring that the automated processes using Pega RPA software confirm to those flows. You will be responsible for attending requirements gathering sessions with the customers to understand and validating the process details with your customers. You will work with the developers to monitor, refine and improve your processes based on customer feedback. Client Requirements Lead a team of testers through the full software development lifecycle. Generate level of effort estimates to feed schedule and feasibility discussions. Work with client s management team on process improvements. Manage tasking for testers. Ensure releases are properly tested while meeting schedule commitments. Coordinate pre-deployment testing. Design and execute functional test plans and scripts. Work closely with the customer support team to answer, reproduce and solve customer-related issues. Execute test plans and scripts. Review and analyze test results. Perform troubleshooting of identified software or system defects. Document final test procedures and test completion. Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or related field. 10+ years quality assurancetesting experience. 3+ years leading tester teams. Health Plan experience mandatory Experience with defect tracking software Good communication skills. Demonstrable track record in working well as part of a small cross-functional team. Strong knowledge of automated, regression, smoke, performance, and functional testing.
