Responsibilities Assist with the coordination, discussion and planning around the workflow and design decisions for the implementation of Moogsoft and Splunk across the enterprise. Lead the actual deployment and implementation of Moogsoft and Splunk across the enterprise. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress of short-term and long-term goals. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with client s ad well as other staff members. Report and Escalate to management as needed. Create and Maintain comprehensive project documentation. EDUCATION Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required EXPERIENCE 6+ years of related experience SKILLS Working experience with a wide variety of monitoring and datalog analysis tools such as Extrahop, Dynatrace, Netcool suite, Catchpoint, Moogsoft (Event Management and ChatOps), ELK, Splunk among others. Proven methodical approach to problem identification, problem solving and resolution. Ability to analyze different components of the infrastructure and application environments Working experience with different IT Infrastructure components such as Unix Linux Servers, Wintel Servers, networks, firewalls, routers, load balancers, VPN, Apache, web logic, LDAP, Active Directory, Exchange, OracleMS SQL databases, SAN, Virtualization, Email systems, Enterprise monitoring and access management solutions for single sign on. Subject matter expertise is not required and experience with at least eight of the above is preferred. Proven working experience in project management Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Experience working with cloud infrastructure environments. Aptitude to influence technical teams and articulate requests and needs effectively. Experience and confidence working with all levels of management. Ability to occasionally work on nights and weekends if and when major incidents occur. Strong relationship management skills and aptitude to multi-task and work well in a high stress environment, both within teams and independently. Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint and presenting to senior management using data and information from these tools. Prior financial services industry experience is preferred.
