Systems Requirements Analyst II Key Role Maintain responsibility for analyzing complex client requirements to formulate and document functional and technical requirements. Develop and maintain requirements documents, including design concepts, mock-ups, use cases, and client ready requirements briefings. Assist with creating project schedules and creating milestones while monitoring and tracking progress against plan. Analyze and troubleshoot system anomalies reported by the client. Conduct document reviews of requirements and test documentation with client and project team and support process improvement initiatives for requirements key process area. Work closely with a team to develop innovative applications that address clients most challenging business, technology, and system integration needs. Serve as a liaison between clients and system developers to communicate client needs to a technical team. Basic Qualifications -3+ years of experience with working in a collaborative, consulting environment -3+ years of experience with software systems, including requirements analysis for IT development projects -Experience in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Visio, and Word to develop creative client-ready products -Ability to work in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment with aggressive project timelines and continual client delivery -Ability to work in a team-oriented, inclusive, very collaborative work environment and work with the team to achieve consensus -Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and comprehend the intent of a client s needs and help shape and form the solution by leveraging team capabilities -BA or BS degree a plus Additional Qualifications -Experience with IT services, software development life cycle, or technology deployments for the DoD a plus -Experience in past client interactions dealing with technology strategies and road mapping Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information Secret clearance is required.
