MSI is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to assist our client located in Reston, VA. Overview Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardwaresoftware support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutionsvendorsbrands. L1 and L2 basic and intermediate level troubleshooting. Support 10-20 tickets per day Qualifications Experience with AWS Core Infrastructure, with the ability to build, manage, destroy and support any resources that are built (Instances, ELBs, S3 Buckets, Route53 Records, etc.) Experience with at least two of these technologies RHEL6, RHEL7, Splunk, NewRelic, Terraform, Kafka Experience with Linux Operations Experience using Ansible to create new playbooks, manage and modify existing playbooks, run playbooks against existing resources. Must have lived in the US for the last 3 out of 5 years Desired AWS certification Technology Architecture Design Office 365
