Work directly with other software engineers, QA engineers, and business partners to create and maintain high quality products that directly contribute to company goals and guest satisfaction.Responsibilities Be part of a strong development team implementing and maintaining web and mobile applications Develop high quality code adhering to engineering best practices including automated unit and integration testing, code reviews, and documentation Be a subject matter expert in both technology and the specific domain of the team Balance technical requirements and best practices with business requirements and deadlines Participate in the full software development lifecycle Basic Qualifications 3+ years of Java server side experience preferably with RESTful API's 3+ years of Hibernate and Spring experience 2+ years of front-end development experience 2+ years of JavaScript and jQuery Proven delivery of mid- to large-size applications Worked in both agile and non-agile development environments Experience with web stacks like PHP Experience developing responsive sites for mobile and tablet devices Proficient using web services, ajax, and JSON Solid knowledge of relevant protocols (HTTP, SSL, TCP/IP) Strong understanding of web application performance, security, and accessibility considerations Focused on delivering practical unit tests alongside all shippable code Familiar with continuous integration and deployment incorporating automated testing Preferred Qualifications Experience with AngularJS Experience with Node.js Exposure or casual development in iOS or Android app development Internationalization awareness Commercial code and release management tools (eg GIT, Perforce, Jenkins) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
