Job Summary/Company:

Are you a stellar Customer Care Representative with great phone skills?? Do you enjoy problem solving and finding solutions to difficult situations?? Are you someone who enjoys juggling multiple issues and responsibilities??

Sparks is partnering with a National Communications Company that provides satellite and security services. We are looking for expert customer service representatives to handle Corporate Customer, Agency and Corporate Complaints. The Executive Customer Care Representative position plays a critical role in establishing and maintaining relationships between the customer and the company.

This position, located at our Gaithersburg, MD office, focuses on the prompt resolutions of these complaints. This role involves interaction with customers, call center, billing, installation and other departments.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle and resolve Customer, Agency and Corporate complaints.
  • Communicate with customer either on the phone, email or written correspondence.
  • Respond and resolve promptly to Customer, Agency and Corporate complaint.
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated source (internal sources and vendors).
  • Keep detail records of customer interaction and transactions using Hughes ticketing system.
  • Follow up on customer interactions.
Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years of experience in customer care/customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong writing and documentation skills.
  • Good listening skills.
  • Clear and pleasant speaking voice.
  • Problem analysis and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to organize/manage volume and priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Works well in a collaborative work environment.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Salesforce
