EMG's Multimedia Graphic Designer will be a valuable member of EMG's Marketing Department during an exciting time of rebranding. Our ideal candidate will be able to follow brand standards to create original designs as well as create assets using existing templates. EMG understands that today's B2B buyer leverages many forms of content while moving through the sales funnel. Our candidate will help bring our content to life with some knowledge of multi-media and have the desire to become proficient in shooting and editing videos and podcasts and creating interactive presentations. This professional will play an important role in executing various aspects of EMG's marketing plan, supporting the sales team, and coordinating with outside marketing consultants and vendors. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other job related duties may be assigned in conformance with state and federal regulations. Graphic Design: Using Adobe Creative Suite, create eye-catching, brand consistent designs that include presentations, case studies, service sheets, and more.Project Management: Leveraging Teamwork, EMG's marketing project management tool, ensure we deliver high quality assets on-time and budget.Writing/Editing: Write basic, short-form marketing content mostly related to sales collateral including, web copy, case studies, presentations, statement of qualifications, sell sheets, etc. Events: Provide design and project management for one large trade show per year.Social Media Management: Create visually appealing social media messages to support EMG's enterprise-wide program.Digital Marketing Campaigns: Provide engaging designs for email campaigns that work within our marketing automation platform and Salesforce.com. Use of animation would be a plus.Multi-media: Use video and audio technology and software to bring the world of multi-media to EMG's marketing.Marketing Tools: Research new marketing tools that can bring scale to the marketing function and enable EMG to more effectively tell its storyDemonstrate EMG's guiding principles in support of the company's strategic goals. Follow all documented policies, Standard Operating Procedures, and Work Instructions applicable to the position and support of EMG's quality standards.Maintain safe and clean work area by complying with all procedures, rules, and regulations.May be required to work overtime with prior authorization from supervisor. Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Media required3-5 years Graphic Design experience with an emphasis on digital Program and design skills desired: Microsoft Office. Expert with Adobe Creative SuiteHTML experience a plusMust understand the nuances of digital designKnowledge of video editing and graphics a plus (Final Cut, Premiere, After Effects) Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:None Other Qualifications: Proactive, responsible, and driven to produce quality results. Inquisitive and fast-learning with a collaborative spirit. Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills required; ability to self-manage assignments with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong team ethic; and ability to express ideas and opinions to groups and individuals. Possesses a positive "can do" attitude and is able to meet deadlines under pressure. Tactful and professional in relations with internal and external contacts and all levels of employees. Ability to work overtime or travel as needed.
