Management Consultant (Stakeholder Engagement Manager and Business Analyst)Scire Strategies delivers end to end organizational change capabilities to clients by providing strategic planning, change management, and project management services. Currently, Scire Strategies is assisting a Federal Government client with maturing and expanding an IT Program. Team members leverage their experience in program and project management, stakeholder engagement, performance measurement, and the software development lifecycle to tailor industry best practices for practical implementation within the Program. The team is also responsible for building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders to increase adoption and participation in the Program.Responsibilities:Develop and manage projects and project artifacts artifacts such as charters, schedules, risk registers, and status updates. Facilitate working sessions with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and implement processes. Support Federal staff in the development of the Program's strategy including vision, mission, goals, objectives, and value proposition. Coordinate and execute stakeholder engagement activities to onboard new users and acquire new participants.Develop performance metrics and report on the Program's status/progress.Assist with the implementation of new features and services of the Program's IT solutionMinimum General Experience:Bachelor's Degree with 7 years' experience, Master's Degree with 5 years' experience or PhD with 3 years' experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures.Project Management Professional certified (a plus) or demonstrated ability in project scheduling and stakeholder communications.Proactive attitude and takes initiative without prompting.Experience in leading stakeholder engagement strategies in fast-paced work environment.Demonstrated experience in optimizing and tracking stakeholder engagement.Demonstrated experience communicating technical concepts to stakeholders.Strong executive presence and ability to create and deliver executive level briefs/presentations.Demonstrated experience in providing salesmanship to technical initiatives for federal clients and their partnersGeneral understanding to acquire and maintain proficiency in Excel, Word, SharePoint, Project and other relevant MS office products.Well-versed in meetings management and inter-personal communication methods.Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearanceFamiliarity with roles and responsibilities of a Chief Data OfficerFamiliarity with ConfluenceRequirements:5+ years of experience in consultingB.S.
