OverviewDiscoverOrg is looking for an experienced, passionate, results oriented Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team. This individual will drive product adoption, retention, and growth by delivering high levels of business value, and cultivating deep customer relationships with some of the world's most iconic companies.Responsibilities Work solely with DiscoverOrg's largest customers to develop a success plan that outlines how DiscoverOrg will impact their short term and long term business goals. Develop metrics for success and work with DiscoverOrg Account Manager to schedule and execute Quarterly SBR's (Strategic Business Reviews). Partner closely with DiscoverOrg's Account Managers and other cross-functional team members to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for customers. Travel at least once a month and meet with customers onsite to build Human relationships and learn customer's core values. Deeply understand Customer's MarTech and SalesTech strategies in order to coach Data Best Practices and increase the value of DiscoverOrg. Drive a DiscoverOrg adoption roadmap within each Customer. Create an Account Plan with the Account Manager to grow higher value relationships within Customer Leadership. Ensure account issues are resolved quickly, leveraging or escalating to resources from across the company as needed. Embody DiscoverOrg values and provide exemplary leadership. Help drive customer references and case studies. Qualifications 7+ years relevant work experience in a customer-facing customer success, account management or strategic consulting organization. SaaS experience preferred. Experience supporting deployments with large enterprise customers across thousands of users. Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with C-Suite, VP, and Director-level contacts, along with day-to-day users of the software. Strong knowledge of the digital marketing space and a passion for MarTech and SalesTech. Demonstrable experience in managing accounts and exceeding customer expectations. Strong interpersonal skills and experience building strong internal and external relationships. Ability to work independently and in a strong team environment, and to deliver on detail as well as strategy. Strong knowledge of the digital marketing space and a passion for MarTech (Marketo, Eloqua, Hubspot, Pardot) and SalesTech (SalesForce, Outreach, SalesLoft, InsideSales.com). Excellent business acumen, communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Bachelor's Degree.
