IT Program Manager, Lead
Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for planning and managing large-scale DoD IT transformation efforts, including leading software development, migration, and onboarding teams to deliver quality results within scope and budget and on-time. Maintain responsibility for complex or high-risk program implementations and projects as well as ensuring required resources are deployed and delivered to meet client expectations. Lead a team through all phases of a life cycle, including concept, development, implementation, and closeout. Oversee the work breakdown structure, critical path, and change control. Execute program standup, technology implementations, governance and policy with respect to IT, Cyber, and Cloud.

Basic Qualifications:

-15 years of experience with supporting engineering and IT systems related programs for the DoD, including the Navy, Army, and Air Force

-Experience with leading cross-functional teams supporting Configuration Management (CM), DIACAP, and Risk Management Framework (RMF) requirements, engineering, testing, system integration, security, accreditation, and systems implementation

-Ability to serve as a liaison between the program or project sponsor, clients, and other stakeholders

-Ability to support the development of project priorities, risk analysis, dependencies, critical path, Courses of Action (COAs), SharePoint upgrades, technical refresh plans, strategic planning, and mission impacts

-Ability to lead and manage a contract and multi-disciplinary delivery team in exceeding client expectations

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree in Engineering or Computer Information Systems

Additional Qualifications:

-MA or MS degree preferred

-ITIL Certification

-PMP Certification
