Executes promotional marketing activities for the entities within the ANA Enterprise to meet (and exceed) goals.

DUTIES:

1. Assists with implementation by coordinating activities of traditional and electronic marketing projects to meet program goals and to maximize revenue. May include project management, writing, graphic coordination, distribution, audience/list research, print production, data processing and/or analysis, or other activities to support the execution of a wide variety of promotional materials for programs, products, and web sites across the Enterprise.

2. Develops, maintains and tracks schedules and/or budgets for marketing projects. Assists with preparation of marketing departmental budgets (correlating response rates and revenue projections). Controls expenditure in assigned budget areas.

3. Implements and utilizes systems for tracking results and reporting of marketing activities. Monitors internal and external activities to discover new ways of maximizing campaign effectiveness. Suggests and implements changes in marketing tactics based upon results of analysis, strategic objectives, ISO, or other feedback.

4. Develops and maintains expert knowledge of programs, products, and services across the ANA Enterprise. Keeps informed of activities of assigned organizational units.

5. Assists with departmental administrative responsibilities and special projects (may include financial and shipping requests).

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience required, preferably in advertising, marketing, English, or communications. Other disciplines considered.

Related Work Experience

2 years recent Administrative/Office work experience required. Product/service marketing or communications required. Advertising or Marketing agency experience preferred. Healthcare or nursing professional knowledge a plus.

Skills

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office software

· Exceptional organization and project management skills

· Strong writing ability

· Basic knowledge of advertising, promotion, and electronic communications, including working with designers and agencies

· Knowledge of marketing materials production

· Strong work ethic and positive attitude

· Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and administrative support
