Legal Requests/ Customer Service Representative (Ffx) Fairfax Radiological Consultants (FRC), PC is seeking a Legal Request/Customer Service Representative. It is a Part Time position (24/25 hours p/week- to be worked in either (3) 8 hour shifts or (5) 5 hour shifts, Mon Fri, Day Shift ) based in Fairfax. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, providing patient Medical Records and billing information to Law Offices, while also handling subpoenas; accepting payments for medical records; obtaining in-house notarization of documents; maintaining excel spread sheets on medical records dispatched and subpoenas received; and carrying out other related duties as needed. Requires ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment; handle large volume of medical records requests; and complete projects within allocated times are essential skills required for this position. Should also be familiar working with a patient database, as well as scanning and faxing documents. 1) Prior experience working with medical records, and 2) either medical office and/or legal office experience required.
