In this position you will be a part of our HR Analytics Team and support the division by providing reporting and insights on people-related matters.

Your work falls into three primary categories:

Reporting & Insights
  • Support both recurring reporting and respond to ad-hoc requests as needed.
  • Assist broader analytical projects by providing custom datasets and summarization of trends through charts and graphs

Technology & Infrastructure
  • Partner across all functional areas of Human Resources to support development of reporting best practices, standards and procedures
  • Ensure data quality and governance standards are met in all delivered reporting

Consultation
  • Foster a data-driven culture in Human Resources by connecting with key stakeholders and facilitating the use and dissemination of key HR metrics and reporting technologies


Qualifications

Qualifications
  • College Degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong aptitude with Excel, Access and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with core HR reporting technologies (Workday and Visier experience preferred)
  • Understanding of basic HR concepts, processes and initiatives
  • Ability to extract and transform raw data into meaningful intelligence
