Job Summary/Company: Established local financial services firm seeks client service driven Associate to provide overall administrative and operational support to team of Advisors. Seeking dynamic candidates with a unique balance of customer service and financial product knowledge. Apply below!

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in client meeting preparation and follow up's including: assembly of paperwork, report generation, appointing scheduling, post meeting documentation.
  • Support client needs regarding processing, service, and problem resolution in a timely and compliant fashion.
  • Successfully partner with Advisor/Broker for new account establishment, account maintenance and compliance.
  • Assist with preparation of consolidated performance reporting on a monthly/quarterly basis
  • Maintain CRM database
  • Manage multiple and competing priorities on a daily basis

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance desired
  • 2-3 years' experience in the financial services industry
  • Excellent communication skills: writing and verbal
  • Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to work independently
  • Strong attention to detail required
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office; ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Previous experience in the independent financial services culture preferred
  • Series 7 OR 66 preferred, or ability to obtain at the request of management
