Job Summary/Company:
Sparks Group is working with a large corporation who is in need of a HRIS Partner to support their HR Team with strategic HR system administration. This candidate must have at least 1 year of experience with Ceridian Dayforce as well as 5+ years working with HRIS implementations.

  • Identify areas of opportunity for current HRIS processes and functionality
  • Recommend changes to provide more effective usage and assist with full implementations
  • Assist with reviewing and testing of system implementations, upgrades, and adjustments
  • Support HR department with researching system issues and overall work flow functionality
  • Run daily audits and reports to analyze trends and discrepancies
  • Maintain awareness of current HRIS trends and key technologies

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • 5+ years working within a HRIS team including set-up, reporting, testing, and other core HR tools
  • 3+ years working with stakeholders and leaders to develop best practices and efficient work flows based off of business needs
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working with Ceridian Dayforce
  • Advanced Excel knowledge required (VLOOKUP, pivots, databases)
  • Technical writing skills preferred
  • Demonstrated success in managing critical projects
  • Experience with acquisition integration is a plus
