Job Summary/Company:
Sparks Group is seeking a Logistics Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting an L&D Department with daily administrative tasks and set ups. This is a great opportunity to expand on your administrative capabilities within a large, well known government contractor!

Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service
  • Track inventory, organize storage space, assist with moving larger/heavier items to correct places
  • Ensure supplies, meeting/course materials, and packages are maintained for quality and quantity
  • Assist with set up of all equipment including video/audio
  • Set up and change meeting room configurations as needed
  • Open/Close meeting rooms as needed
  • Additional administrative tasks as required

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Must be able to work 7am-4pm with allowed flexibility and occasional night/weekend work as required
  • Must have exceptional customer service skills and experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods of time
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills and proven ability to take initiative
