Responsibilities

  • This position serves as the Chief, International and Federal Business Office, Financial and Business Operations, Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA).
  • Responsible for the interpretation, development and implementation of policy, programs, and automated systems necessary to manage DCMA services provided to International and Federal customers on a reimbursable basis.
  • Responsibilities include development of annual and out year reimbursable rates and budgets by customer, including associated manpower requirements.
  • Negotiates and coordinates with OSD, the Military Services, other Defense Agencies to obtain the information necessary to analyze and properly project the impact of planned levels of procurement in their budgets.
  • Develops and provides guidance and training to the DCMA Operational Directorates and Contract Management Offices for all phases of reimbursable budget formulation and execution to include workload management.

QUALIFICATIONS: In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.

Experience required: To qualify based on your work experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job.

To qualify, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower band level NH-3. Specialized experience is defined as:experience interpreting, developing and implementing a policy, program, or automated systems necessary to manage government services provided to International and Federal customers on a reimbursable basis or under international reciprocal agreements for audit and contract administration services (CAS).

Education can not be substituted for experience.
