Responsibilities
As a PERSONNEL PSYCHOLOGIST at the GS-0180-13/14 some of your typical work assignments may include:
- Serve as a personnel psychologist for the Market Research and Studies group within the Joint Advertising, Market Research and Studies (JAMRS) program.
- Design and execute career decision-making studies.
- Performing and overseeing analysis of data which includes developing analysis criteria, determining the degree of statistical sophistication to be employed, and evaluating the quality of the data.
- Serve as technical authority on market segmentation principles, techniques and applications.
- Prepare detailed research plans and administrative documentation (e.g., research reports, executive notes, briefing slides) to present to senior leadership.

Qualifications

- Successful completion of a full 4-year course of study in an accredited college or university leading to a bachelor's or higher degree in Psychology
A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service:
- Executing all technical aspects of career-decision making/organizational psychology research studies that relies on knowledge of theories, principles, practices, and techniques of industrial/organizational psychology, career development and diversity research.
