Job Summary/Company: Direct Hire Opportunity: Corporate Leasing Attorney, Director Level (exceptional salary)

Responsibilities:
  • Responsibilities included litigation management and regulatory compliance.
  • Monitoring federal and state laws and regulations affecting real estate brokerage offices.
  • Advise brokers and agents regarding legal issues pertaining to real estate transactions.
  • Ensure that business and leasing strategies are aligned for all business units.
  • Evaluate sites, market conditions, comparable commercial properties, and financials.
  • Manage the company's entire commercial and retail real estate portfolio.
  • Negotiate letters of intent, facilitate the acquisition and disposition of properties, and draft leases, amendments, assignments, SNDAs, estoppels, construction contracts, and relevant documents.
  • Work collaboratively with the Accounting, Construction, Property Management, and Risk Management departments.
  • Establish and maintain trusted industry relationships.

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • **Must have Advanced Level Degree and a minimum of 1 BAR Admission, no exceptions
  • Minimum of 3 years pf prior Leasing Experience in a Law Firm or Corporate Legal Department
  • Ability to work independently with minimal to no supervision
