Your Work Falls into Two Primary Categories:

Java Developer
  • Support in developing, testing, implementing and maintaining high quality, reusable features
  • Produce work in accordance with principles and best practices of quality software development
  • Learn and imbibe best practices and methodologies while working within a cross-functional team
  • Take responsibility of the solution from design to deployment

Product support/solutions team member
  • Ensure documentation allows for stakeholders and developers integrating with the solution to be successful
  • Participate in code reviews, integration, and deployment events
  • Prioritize workload and adjust to help meet team deadlines and work objectives


  • Minimum 5 years of Java/J2EE development experience
  • 1-2 Years of experience in development of IAM solutions using Sailpoint IdentityIQ.
  • Experience working with technical teams to develop and/or deliver IT services
  • Proven ability to create elegant, maintainable, testable, and reusable code
  • Experience working on/alongside IT projects or day-to-day IT operations
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivated, independent, and works with minimal direction
  • College degree in related discipline preferred
