The Director of Women and Children Services is responsible for patient care administration and practice, development and maintenance of product lines, and development of human resources.
The healthcare professional for this role should have Maryland RN license and Bachelor's Degree
At least five (5) years of clinical nursing practice experience and three (3) years of supervisory/manager experience is a must

*Ability to manage financial budgets and planning
*Strong leadership skills
*Ability to work independently and handle a multi task environment
*Strong customer service skills
*Strong organizational skills
*Ability to create an environment that promotes staff productivity, satisfaction, and efficiency
Ability to diplomatically manage crisis situations and resolve customer service issues
*PC skills required in Internet, e-mail and windows environment
*Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and the hospital operating system

Preferred:
*Master's Degree

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday
