Program Control Analyst, Mid
Key Role:

Leverage comprehension of full contract life cycles, including pricing strategy and proposal review, award review and oversight, such as participation in kick off meetings, and briefing oversight to ensure accurate execution and invoicing for the firm. Manage all contract financial activities related to project cost schedule, including quarterly GAAP EACs, monthly status reports, expense review and approvals, and subcontractor invoice review and approvals. Generate ad-hoc financial reports and perform management of contracts, including tracking and reporting on all financial details and interacting with multiple stakeholders, such as internal and external clients, subcontractors, and others to manage execution and ensure accurate, timely invoicing and receipt requirements. Perform financial forecasting, including quarterly GAAP EACs and prepare and analyze detailed financial reports and briefs monthly for internal and external clients. Establish project control and reporting processes and procedures, including planning, scheduling, cost analysis, and compliance management for the company's project portfolio.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with program control, program finance, or business operations support, including financial reporting, forecasting, variance analyses, pricing cost strategy support, such as Price to Win, and contract management required
-Experience with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel concepts

-Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) required

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with all contract types

-Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM)

-Ability to provide oversight to multiple close out procedures

-Top Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
