The Senior Workforce Data Analytics & Reporting Specialist works closely with the Compensation & HRIS teams to ensure the organization's success by collecting and analyzing people analytics and metrics to identify important workforce trends and demonstrate the implications of these trends on the business. This role is responsible for ensuring the data is accurate and for translating it in a clear, concise, and business-relevant manner to HR and AHC Leadership by providing reports and dashboards to support strategic decisions and planning. This position will also respond to regulatory reports, such as EEO1, AAP and supports the overall management and administration of AHC's compensation program, including but not limited to salary surveys and job evaluations.
Requires: Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, statistics, business analytics, computer science or related field; and 5+ Years of experience in HR, compensation experience preferred, and 2+ years of business analysis/reporting. Must be proficient in Excel. Experience with Workday Reporting and Dashboards, is highly desired. Experience with Tableau is a plus.
