Your Work Falls into Four Primary Categories

Understanding the Process
  • Configure tools and services to support and enhance business needs

Understanding the People
  • Partner with our business users to capture and understand their experience, pain-points, and needs as well as identify opportunities to enhance their user experience

Understanding the Technology
  • Identify and understand interactions with technology

Understanding the Data
  • Realize what information is required and when… whether that information is shared between systems, people, or a combination of the two


  • 4+ years of working in a Windows/Linux environment
  • 4 years' experience working with scheduling tools such as Autosys
  • Experience testing applications to verify and validate accurate configurations
  • Experience with enterprise tools
  • Experience with the software development lifecycle
  • College degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proficient in MS Office
