Customer Service and Technical Support
A small math educational software company in Rockville, Maryland is looking for a uniquely qualified individual with excellent communication and computer skills. Proficiency in Algebra and Geometry would be considered a plus. Teaching experience would also help differentiate the applicant.
The successful applicant will be responsible for interacting with customers over the phone and by email. This includes resolving technical problems, answering product questions, and processing orders. He or she will be responsible for several routine business activities. Training will be provided for an accounting software package and other applications. In addition to the day-to-day responsibilities, software testing and special projects will be assigned. There will be ample opportunity to contribute beyond these duties.
