Supporting the Most Exciting and Meaningful Missions in the WorldCorporate FP&A ManagerCorporate FP&A Manager will support PAE Corporate Headquarters in Arlington, VA. The position will report to the Director of FP&A and will work closely with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Corporate Controller's Office. Some of the job responsibilities are as follows:Manage Corporate FP&A team responsible for over $3B in revenueResponsible for overall support of the monthly/quarterly/annual Corporate internal and external financial statements.Perform financial analysis through reporting and forecasting Orders, Sales, EBITDA and Cash.Support the response to internal and external inquiries for financial data (including audit).Complete complex data analysis on a regular basis for CFO and Corporate OfficersLead AOP/LRP activities with Business AreasPerform analysis related to M&A activityWork closely with Corporate Accounting to ensure accuracy and completeness of financialsSupport monthly closing activities with Business AreasPrepare accruals/journal entries for monthly closing and analyze general ledger.Analyze and reconcile balance sheet accounts (including billed and unbilled receivables).Ensure responsiveness to program, customer, and corporate needs.Prepare certain analyses of Financial Statements for Management and review such analyses prepared by other members of the Financial Accounting Staff.Complete or delegate actions to execute process improvements.Ensure clear, prepared and effective communications to Program/Corporate Leadership.Involve PAE Leadership and management and in key Business Operations issues.Communicate issues clearly and decisively, and with prepared solutions.Uses various software applications, such as accounting systems, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation packages to assemble, manipulate and/or format data and/or reports.Utilize creative and innovative resource planning solutions to ensure that corporate, customer and program deliverables are being met in a timely and accurate manner.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's Degree from an accredited college in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related work experience in finance and accounting field.Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Security clearance, if deemed necessary.2+ years of effective management experience in a related area desired but not required.7+ years of experience in multiple areas, including Finance, Accounting or Program Operations is required.Prior experience in Financial Planning & Analysis role preferredFunctional knowledge in the use of financial software applications.Must have experience in a financial/analytic role and be familiar with GAAP conventions.Ability to read and analyze Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Statement of Cash FlowsStrong English communication, both oral and written is required.Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts and propose solutions is required.Must have the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions independently.Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requires handling multiple tasks at a given time and rapidly adapting to changing priorities, schedules and budgets.Excellent organizational and time management skills are required.Requires excellent computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Cross-cultural sensitivity and international perspective is highly desired.Experience with Deltek Costpoint and Oracle Hyperion applications highly desired but not required.PAE is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
