Overview of Responsibilities: ? Provide guidance and coaching to team of Loan Service Representatives. ? Manages the primary areas of responsibility in Mortgage Loans, Mortgage Correspondent Lending and Specialty Servicing. ? Maintains a thorough knowledge of regulations and compliance related to mortgage lending and the associated internal policies and procedures. ? Ensures the timely resolution of all member concerns and complaints received by Loan Servicing. ? Recommend ways to streamline processes and improve member service.Qualifications: ? 5+ years of Mortgage Loan Servicing experience. ? 3+ years of management experience. ? Strong knowledge of mortgage systems and procedures and governmental agency regulations and policies. ? Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. ? Possesses good judgement, business acumen and problem-solving skills. ? Strong communication both verbal and written with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff. ?
