Responsibilities of the position: . Ensure timely payment to all vendors. . Review of change orders, invoices, requisitions. . Monitor the timely payment of all contracts. . Record and post A/R receipts for assigned projects. . Process subcontractor compliance and requisitions through Textura online payment software. . Analyze, resolve and answer questions presented by the project managers. . Ensures accurate entry of any transactions to accounting system.Experience Required: . Bachelor's in Accounting or related . 2-3 years' experience . Timberline or other construction software . Textura . PV Vault . Nexus . Construction experience . Job costing . Subcontractor payments .
