Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Call Center Representative for a client in Frederick, MD. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity with the starting pay rate of $13.50-$14.00 an hour. The hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm.Call Center Representatives act as an interface between the company and customers by answering any questions, resolving problems and contacting our customers in a professional manner.Responsibilities and Duties:* Answer the phone quickly and professionally* Communicate clearly, precisely, and in a friendly manner* Take and deliver messages and follow up as necessary* Call customers to schedule appointments* Enter and/or update customer information in customer management system* Alert managers right away about significant customer issues* Assign calls to appropriate person* Perform other duties as assigned We are an equal opportunity employer and make hiring decisions based on merit.
