Aerotek is looking for a full time Integrated Security Project Manager.Job Summary:Project Manager (PM) position is to support Security Integration Sales projects by meeting the outcomes and timelines as sold and manage the projects to meet or exceed the booked gross margin. Specifically, the PM will coordinate all engineering, labor, and materials to insure that the project is on time and on budget. The PM is responsible for an assigned labor force and will be responsible for understanding project and training needs as well as coordinate the labor force to meet the total project goals of KST.Responsibilities and Duties:Plan, Schedule, organize, assign, direct and control all activities, either directly or through assigned personnel, to successfully perform installation projects for customers building systems such as intrusion, CCTV, Access Control, Nurse Call and other equipment installed by Aerotek's client.Work closely with the General Manager and Sales Team, recommending actions and changes to ensure the profitable expansion of the installation business.Meet with the Sales team before a project begins to understand and implement the project to customer's satisfaction and to review and understand the scopes of work provided by Sales. Provide necessary engineering, place orders for project specific materials to meet the project's schedule, coordinate customer acceptance, training, close-out documents, and record drawings to meet customer expectations.Maintain and/or initiate a regular process of customer communication to ensure customer feedback and overall satisfaction on all installation projects.Develop and coach assigned team members through annual development planning and goal setting.Continuously review, analyze and recommend to the Install General Manager changes and enhancements to improve operating efficiencies and business expansion.Assist in locating, interviewing and hire new team members to expand and replace personnel as needed and ensure team members are trained and equipped to exceed customer requirements.Solicit, negotiate, select, contract, and oversee subcontractors who complete specific pieces of the projects as needed.Prepare for and attend monthly WIP meetings to discuss status, costs estimates, progress and profitability of all jobs.Experience and Education Qualifications:College degree preferred but not requiredAt least 2-5 years prior project management experiencePMP or CPSM certification preferred but not requiredAny commercial security system install / service experience preferredValid driver's license in good standingTypical work hours are 8:00-5:00 Monday-Friday but work day flexibility will be required as neededBenefits:Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance through BCBSUp to 10 days (PTO)7 Paid Holidays and 2 Floating HolidaysLife InsuranceShort and Long Term Disability Insurance401k matchingTuition ReimbursementJob Type: Full-timePlease email qualified resumes to Sr. Recruitment Manager - Ian Hickman - at ihickman(at)aerotek.com About Aerotek: We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
