This project is expected to last up to six months with the possibility of extension or conversion to full time. Your responsibilities in this role - Oversee and lead the month end close process including management of a small team - Become knowledgeable in key financial results and movements across programs to summarize and discuss with key business partners - Review and monitor that controls are designed and operating effectively in partnership with compliance - Collaborate with various business partners for various program controllership and FP A activities such as ensuring accrual models are accurate and accounting methods are appropriate, as well as true-up activities and answer queries from business, area and subsidiary controllers- Excellent analytical, organizational, and vendor management skills - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or other relevant field - CPA and/or CMA a plus - Proven communication and negotiation skills, ability to establish trusted advisor/consultant relationships, and capability to influence Executives and Business Decision Makers - Accomplished in office and accounting computer systems - Knowledge of complex ERP systems preferred - Professional accounting and controllership or public accounting and internal controls experience and/or Internal Audit or Controls and Compliance - Demonstrated ability to provide leadership across finance team by engaging with different groups around the world via virtual communicationOur industry-leading alliances and broad client network provide you greater access to a variety of unique interim and long-term project opportunities that can keep you continuously engaged.
