Ecommerce Collections SpecialistJob DescriptionJob DescriptionProvides administrative support in the collections process. Prepares outstanding accounts reports and gathers credit and/or reference information. Maintains database by entering, updating, and retrieving data, as well as formatting and generating reports. Assists in resolution of outstanding invoice problems from past due accounts. Responds to inquiries from customers or external collection resources. May place calls or send messages to those with unresolved issues. Has substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks. Assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations. Typically requires a minimum of 2 - 4 years of related experience.Skills and Qualifications:*The qualified candidate will have one to three (1-3) years of related experience in collections customer service environment.*Degree in accounting or related field is required.*Working knowledge of Excel required.*Working knowledge of Navision a plus.*Strong written and verbal communications skills a must, as well as ability to make quick informed decisions.CoStar Group is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer; we maintain a drug-free workplace and perform pre-employment substance abuse testing
