Job Summary: EMCOR Government Services is seeking Facilities Project Manager in Washington, DC. The Project Manager is responsible for oversight of all facility management program requirements. Must have active Top Secret government security clearance. Contingent upon contract award. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Duties include responsibility for oversight, direction, and coordination for all operations and maintenance (O&M) and repair activities at multiple locations in and around the White House in Washington, DC, and Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling located directly outside of the district in Maryland, ensuring adherence to programmatic objectives.Supervises and coordinates activities of large and diversified support staff and skilled trades workers engaged in maintaining and repairing equipment, structures, buildings, and other support services at assigned jobsite.Participates in regular meetings with customers, stakeholders, and corporate management.Responsible for managing Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).Establishes communication plans, emergency plans, CMMS plan, schedules, and cost controls.Ensures that all buildings meet all relevant federal, state, and local building codes.Must be familiar and comfortable with working in sensitive, cleared environments maintaining high levels of professionalism and confidentiality.Responsible for programmatic administration, coordination, and management of services, projects, alterations, budgetary and schedule oversight, facilities management, and leadership of programs and services.Conducts quality and safety inspections, tours, and audits and performs corrective actions as needed.Oversees specialty subcontractors and vendors and monitors performance.Ensures that buildings meet safety and health requirements, such as confirming that fire protection and alarm systems are functional. Qualifications:The Project Manager must have at minimum ten (10) years of O&M/Facilities Management type experience, with at least eight (8) years in a project management/supervisory role.The Project Manager's experience must be in the operation, management, and supervision of building mechanical maintenance operations for buildings at least 700,000 square feet.Active final Top Secret security clearanceBachelor's degree in engineering or closely related is preferredWe offer our employees a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package and are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.
