These efforts are generally quick turnaround requests but can be implemented in phases depending on the customer request. The manager is responsible for validating and procuring the equipment along with overseeing the delivery and implementation of the customers request. The DPM is also responsible for ensuring that customer has received what was required and the related assets are accounted for. Throughout the management process, the DPM works closely with their team lead to address any issues or concerns that may arise that would impede customer satisfaction.
