The AR Specialist will report to the Controller, CPA and be responsible for accounts receivables, posting payments, preparing cash receipts, cash applications, and reporting. The AR Specialist will provide support covering the following main duties: ? Prepare weekly cash reporting for executive team. ? Research, analyze, prepare, and communicate reports on the cash application process and internal controls and provide action plan for follow up ? Process requests to void, write-off, revise and/or reissue invoices ? Respond to customers? inquiries regarding client invoices ?
