Position SummaryResponsible for processing payroll, conducting payroll analysis, reconciliations, and related projects.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned. Enter staff and physician data into payroll systemPerform Q/A function for entries by Human Resources into integrated personnel/payroll systemResponsible for time and attendance system (Enterprise e-Time)Process biweekly and monthly payrolls through outside payroll vendor (ADP)Analyze variances; researchand prepare adjustmentsCreate and maintain payroll journal entriesPerform special analysis and reports related to payrollMaintain files in a neat and organized manner, in accordance with payroll record standardsWork closely with Human Resources, departments, and other staff regarding payroll related issuesOther duties as assigned QualificationsThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Education Associates degree or higher. Certification as payroll professional (CPP) preferred. Experience Minimum 4 years of experience in the field or a similar combination of education and experience in a related area. Experience with ADP Enterprise eTime timekeeping system, ADP PCPW Payroll software, Microsoft Office Suite (minimum intermediate skills in Excel), and functionality with web-based applications.
