We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Recruiting Operations Coordinator in Reston, VA to begin an exciting and challenging career with Unisys Federal Systems.This role is an integral part of the Talent Acquisition team and will focus on recruiter support, candidate and hiring leader satisfaction, reporting and data analysis, and process/tool development.Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:* Drive improvement to candidate and hiring leader satisfaction * Drive process improvement initiatives to address talent acquisition opportunities* Drive consistent use of the Applicant Tracking System ensuring process efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance to all legal requirements * Provide on-boarding support for new employees and talent acquisition coordinators* Consult with managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives* Post job descriptions on career websites and universities boards* Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters* Conduct phone, Skype and/or in-person candidate screenings* Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to Senior Recruiters* Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires* Attend job fairs and careers events* Support the Talent Acquisition Director in creating an employment marketing strategy through analysis of the various sourcing channels; execute against the strategy as applicable. Requirements * Requires no previous professional experience, but a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is desired.(Equivalent experience may be defined as professional experience in adhering to project deadlines, process requirements, social media usage, hiring decisions, speaking with customers/clients or stakeholders, etc.) * Desire for creativity and innovation while also following departmental processes * Excellent analytical skills and a passion for metric-driven results* Demonstrated history of building strategic partnerships with senior leadership * Innovative, creative problem-solving mindset, with ability to thrive in a rapidly growing, fast-changing and highly collaborative environment* Candidate should be a solutions oriented analytical thinker and able to manage multiple initiatives and competing priorities * Experience with developing and analyzing reports and metrics * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail * Ability to work in a fast pace environment * Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint About Unisys Do you have what it takes to be mission critical?
