Upper Bay Counseling & Support Services, Inc. (UBCSS) is seeking a full-time licensed Rehabilitation Specialist / School-Based Therapist to work with the child population. This position will provide clinical leadership and support to PRP counselors to ensure that clients receive the most appropriate and professional clinical care, support, interventions possible within the system of services. The position is also responsible for the provision of individual and family therapy to a half size caseload in an outpatient clinic setting and / or school based setting. Opportunities to facilitate group therapy are also available. The Rehabilitation Specialist / Therapist will track and submit authorizations for PRP services. The Rehabilitation Specialist will also conduct a monthly review of PRP counselors' documentation and clients' charts in order to monitor COMAR compliance. Requirements: Candidates must be able to work as part of a team to coordinate care with our psychistry staff, CMAs, rehabilitative counselors and administrative staff. Applicants should be organized, able to use an electronic medical health record system, and able to work independently. MD licensure, LGSW, LGPC, LCPC, LCSW-C, PhD or PsyD. Clinical supervision for LGs is provided by Board Certified Social Workers.
