One of our top clients is on the hunt for a Field Marketing Manager with expertise in project management and marketing measurement with SFDC. We're looking for individuals with experience working B2B in the technology and enterprise space. The position will require regular travel 1-2 times per week, and potentially more on busy seasons to run events and activities across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions (Atlanta, Baltimore, Philadelphia, Miami, etc). Responsibilities: You will manage lead flow and scoring in SalesforceYou'll drive execution of local programs: run events, organize sales teams and ensure priorities for the business are met, and scale programs across the regionYou will Work with external agencies and teamsYou'll collaborate with internal teams, executive stakeholders and partners to improve resultsYou should be able to work both independently and collaboratively across internal teamsYou will help to build regional marketing plans, drive localized content, solution and workload campaigns, customer and partner engagementYou will support our growing field sales force and channel partners through sales collateral, sales tools, competitive information and insightsYou'll oversee regional budgets and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to determine return on investmentYou'll maintain overall accountability for local execution and meeting team's priority measurement and effectiveness goals Preferred Skills: 3+ years of professional experience, ideally field marketing, with preference to those with enterprise technology B2B experience.Excellent people skills and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with CRM systems ( Salesforce.com or similar) and marketing automation tools (Marketo or similar) and tracking tools to assess campaign effectivenessProject management skills including: managing agencies, vendors and global projects.Proficient in G Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Google Docs, Spreadsheets)Distinctive problem-solving, strategic and analytical capabilities with a consistent track record of setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics.
