Reclaiming Our Children And Community Project, Inc. (ROCACP) is seeking a full-time and part-time Mental Health Therapist to join our team! You will provide therapeutic services to individuals, families and groups in the community, schools and/or at other specific sites. Responsibilities:Establish open lines of communication for clients with mental or emotional issuesMeet with assigned clients weekly, or otherwise as determined by their needsProvide individual, family, couples and or group therapy to clients based on the unique needs of each client in order to enhance and foster the clients optimal functioning and interactions in the home and communityConduct clinical assessment/diagnostic evaluationsImplement and review treatment plansCollaborate with additional treatment providers (ie psychiatrist, PRP)Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner Qualifications:Licensed as a LMSW, LGPC, LCSW-C, or LCPC in the state of MarylandA minimum of 1 year of experience providing outpatient therapy (individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy)Excellent written and verbal communications skillsAbility to build rapport with clients
