Immediate need for a talented Senior IT Project Manager for a position in the Mortgage Industry.This is 12+ Months of Contract role and is located in McLean, VA Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested. Job ID 19-29626 Key Responsibilities This role will include overseeing the end user experience when rolling out new technologies large scale enterprise deployments for end user technology across the firm including Office 365, Windows 10, VDI, Microsoft Team Meeting Rooms and SharePoint Online. They will focus on adoption for new technologies including working with our training and communications teams, collecting requirements from stakeholders and work with change management. Assist with responding to end queries and questions. Collect feedback, pain points and requests from end users. Will also help with planning and leading new technology demos for end users. Running large complex enterprise wide projects. Running projects using software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodology Can interface between business and technical teams. Plan or modify procedures to solve complex problems considering equipment capacity and limitations, operating time and form of desired results. Key Requirements and Technology Experience Communications and Training. Risk management. Scope and change request management. Schedule management. Excellent communication, influencing and collaboration skills. Good organization, presentation and customer service skills. Office 365. SharePoint 2013 SharePoint Online including building and managing SharePoint sites experience with Nintex is a plus. Microsoft Team Room Systems (or Skype Room Systems). Windows 10 deployments. Running complex projects with small-size budget and scope spanning across several systems. Running projects using software development life cycle (SDLC), agile methodology, Application Maintenance Change Process (AMCP) and project management life cycle (PMLC). Budget management and resource management. Communication. Risk management. Scope and change request management. Schedule management. Internal controls and quality management. Excellent communication, influencing and collaboration skills. Good organization, presentation and customer service". Microsoft Team Room Systems (or Skype Room Systems). Windows 10 deployments. VDI.
