We are actively looking for a talented Director of Technology Sales for the DC Area, in the Public Sector. We have a worldwide presence and work with multiple industry verticals. One core area of focus for AST is the Public Sector, which includes US State and Local government, US Federal Government, and Canadian Provincial, Local and Federal government.Why Join Us? If you are a smart, driven person, who thrives on taking technology to the next level, you've come to the right place.What You Bring Minimum of 8 years of experience selling into the Oracle ecosystem Strong understanding of Oracle Middleware and Security including Oracle's Identity Access Management, Identity Cloud Services, Cloud Access Security Broker, Oracle Integration CloudTrack Experience with selling services to the Federal government Additional experience with State and Local government a plus, but not required. Capable of finding and developing new accounts Successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets/quotas Desire to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of people Ability to work independently, take initiative with minimal supervision yet participate as a team member with a willingness to help where needed Ability to telecommute Excellent verbal, written communication, active listening and interpersonal skills Excellent presentation skills Willingness to adapt to new projects quickly with a can-do, jump-right-in attitude What We Bring A competitive base salary and a rich sales territory, with no cap.
