Westat is seeking qualified candidates to work on a variety of projects located at our Rockville and Gaithersburg, Maryland offices. Qualified candidates must possess specific skills that include experience in one or more of the following areas: data entry and review, data coding, computerized data editing, clerical and other related tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

A successful candidate must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, be detailed oriented, have a highly organized approach to work, work well in a team-oriented environment, and be able to handle multiple tasks. Punctuality and consistent adherence to assignment work schedules is essential.

Additional responsibilities may vary depending on the assignment but may include: data entry tasks, technical and non-technical help desk, support desk, mail out, clerical and administrative tasks, coder, and more.

Minimum Qualifications:

· A High School Diploma or GED is required to apply

· Must be able to work at our Rockville and Gaithersburg, Maryland offices

· Must be available to work Monday - Friday between 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

· Must be able to work full-time, 40 hours per week

Preferred:

· Basic knowledge of the PC, Microsoft Word and Excel

These assignments are temporary hourly positions. Benefits are based on hours worked and tenure.
