Requirements Analyst, Senior
Key Role:

Formulate and define systems scope and objective based on user needs and knowledge of applicable business systems and industry requirements. Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capability and limitations, operating time, and form of expected results. Analyze business and user needs, document requirements, and translate into proper system requirement specifications. Guide and advise junior business systems analysts. Work at the highest level of most phases of systems analysis while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment. Travel to the client site for meetings, as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience as a requirements or management analyst

-Experience with working as a functional lead

-TS/SCI clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with defining, simplifying, or translating business requirements

-Experience with managing a small team of requirements analysts

-Experience with briefing senior leadership and clients

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Power Point, Visio, and Word and developing creative client-ready products

-Experience with IT services, the software development life cycle, or technology deployments for the DoD

-Experience with JIRA or similar sprint management, requirements management, and bug or issue reporting software

-Knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies

-BA or BS degree
