The Reporting and Metrics Analyst will be a strong influencer to our program by gathering and analyzing data, preparing reports, and introducing process improvements throughout the reporting process. The role requires excellent analytical and technical skills, in addition to a keen ability to determine specifications and standards for business reporting and maintaining data integrity.

Your Work Falls into Two Primary Categories

Metrics and Reporting

  • Gather, document, reports from project teams.
  • Conduct regular meetings with teams associated with metrics, reporting, data visualization, which are expected to drive performance and improve quality of team service deliverables.
  • Present reports, analysis, metrics, data sources, alternative data sorts or recommendations to program management and operations.
  • Assist in Methodology and risk and controls, help with playbook, process improvements and establish procedures that positively impact overall operations.

Methodology and Controls
  • Experience in large-scale, complex business transformation and/or technology adoption efforts.
  • Good understanding of Scaled Agile Methodology and help in documentation and management of methodology playbook.
  • Work on process improvements and establish procedures that positively impact overall operations.
  • Demonstrated experience at driving Agile transformations from design to implementation (Agile transformation roadmap, Scaling Agile, operating models, etc).
  • Familiar with technical engineering best practices (i.e. TDD, continuous integration, DevOps, etc).
  • Strong technical and non-technical influencing abilities.


Qualifications

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree and 5-7+ years of related work experience
  • Proven experience in large-scale, complex business transformation and/or technology adoption efforts
  • Collaborated with client stakeholders and project leaders to understand change adoption risks, develop change risk mitigation tactics, execute change enablement plans and set expectations on tasks for which you will be responsible
  • Experience in IT operations trend analysis and common key performance indicators
  • Strong understanding of data integration and management; aggregated reporting, analytics and visualization; plus database manipulation.
  • Demonstrated experience performing data analysis and visualization using Tableau or a similar tool
  • Understanding Agile Methodology, preferably SAFe
  • Experience in the use of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel (to include pivot tables, macros, graphs, charts, etc.)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally, effectively explain complex information, and document according to standards
