HR supports our people in reaching their full market value by helping to drive the firm's people strategy, helping to create a unique people experience for each individual, and supporting our company wide values.QualificationsBasic Qualifications and?Preferred Skills & Knowledge: Minimum Years of Experience: 3 years of direct and proven experience in a similarly structured role Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Organizational Behavior, or related field Certification Preferred: PHR/SPHR and/or SHRM-CP/SCPDemonstrates understanding of the following areas: Working knowledge of Human Resources strategy development and implementation in the following areas; HR policy interpretation, HR metrics, sourcing, coaching and development, talent management, performance management and employee relations. Working knowledge of operations, strategies, goals and critical achievement targets to provide HR support to staff. Working knowledge of succession plan development and implementation.Skills Preferred: Proven ability to effectively interpret and communicate HR policies and guidance. Demonstrated ability to participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new hires. Demonstrated presentation skills to facilitate trainings and assist with Orientation. Comfortable making decisions and solving problems independently. Ability to consult with HR managers and engagement managers on more challenging issues. Ability to provide support to Guidehouse teams in the market. Prior professional services experience preferred.Additional Requirements This position requires successful completion of a background check and employment verification.
