The Billing Staff Accountant involves all aspects of the billing cycle from invoice generation to collections and general accounting. The ideal candidate would have a BS/BA degree and be creative, innovative, and an excellent problem-solver. The Billing Staff Accountant will touch all aspects of accounting, billing, and finance issues. The Billing Staff Accountant will be responsible for the following-up duties: Responsibilities: ? Assist in all phases of the monthly billing cycle, including generating invoices ? Assist in the monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing process ? Assist in creation of monthly financial reports ? Prepare and manage journal entries and assist in maintaining fixed assets, depreciation schedules, and deferred Rent schedules ? Develop and maintain client / vendor relationships, creating easy communication paths for AP and AR ?
