Biotech.?Responsibilities?Support full-life cycle recruitment needs across TRI, Inc. including sourcing, selection and offer development, ensuring that every stage, from the initial staff requisition to final appointmentDevelop a detailed understanding of all projects and functional departments, providing best practices recruitment supportBecome a credible and trusted talent advisor to hiring managersCreatively source active and passive high-quality talentDevelop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions including direct sourcing and internet recruitment, leveraging industry networksContinue building a talent pipelineEvaluate candidate skills and experiences to match core competencies with key hiring requirementsAssess candidate motivational and culture fitProvide constructive and thoughtful feedback to hiring managers for internal and external candidate reviews and recommendationsManage the offer process for internal and external candidates, including pre-employment screening and offer analysis and developmentEnsure that hiring is consistent with the business goals and follow recruitment guidelines and processes to ensure complianceEnsure a positive hiring manager and candidate experience throughout the full recruitment life cycleBS degree in Human Resources, Business, a related discipline; or equivalent professional work experience requiredPrior HR experience, preferably in a direct recruiter or Recruitment Coordinator role internally within or in an external recruitment capacityDemonstrated ability to develop solid working relationships with hiring managersExperience implementing an ATSAbility to prioritize work and manage multiple projectsPossess strong written and oral communication skillsExcellent consultative approach, strategic thinking, problem-solving and interpersonal skillsPrior recruitment experience supporting CRO or Pharma talent requirementsDemonstrated direct sourcing experience preferred.?Technical Resources International is fully committed to Equal Employment Opportunity and to attracting, retaining, developing and promoting the most qualified employees without regard to their race, gender, color, religion, national origin, age, physical or mental disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic prohibited by state or local law.
