Enterprise IT Services Analyst
Key Role:

Act as focal point for the integration b us iness goals and objectives with specific IT strategies, programs, initiatives, and investments. Advise client leadership on emerging te chn ologies and their implementation and work alongside leadership to ensure IT and b us iness planning are fully integrated on a continuo us basis to increase b us iness capability and value, reduce cost and risk, foster innovation, and maximize accountability and return on investment. Provide program and IT cross portfolio management support to the government, including IT service management of Enterprise Services for Air Force (AF) Core Functions and assist in the facilitation and coordination of actions required to implement IT capabilities at the AF Enterprise level, analyze te chn ology trends to support IT strategic planning, and analyze policy and recommend IT solutions with respect to infrastructure and future capabilities. Engage in IT and b us iness executive disc us sion related to the information te chn ology infrastructure library (ITIL) and portfolio management principles and concepts, digital transformation, and overall IT operations. Assess client requirements and seek opportunities to apply te chn ologies to b us iness processes and advise on the functionality, costs, benefits, and implementation requirements of te chn ology solutions. Apply basic principles, theories, and concepts to job assignments and solve a diverse range of complex problems for AF Enterprise Information Services while working with limited direction. Interface with internal and external c us tomers frequently, establish effective working relationship with cross-area project teams, and make significant contributions to department goals and planning efforts.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with research, gathering data, conducting quantitative analysis, and presenting analytical findings

-Knowledge of ITIL or IT portfolio management

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent presentation skills

-Secret clearance

-BS or BA degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with the AF or DoD IT enterprise, including budget and acquisition processes

-Experience with briefing and advising senior military and civilian personnel

-Experience with Micro sof t Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

-Ability to work autonomo us ly and as part of an extended and geographically dispersed team

-BA or BS degree in a scientific field

-ITIL Certifications
